Re: rats eye popped out?
I would feed her or euthinize her some thing how would you feel with your eye hanging out.
I would put always put the animals feelings ahead of your own.

Re: rats eye popped out?
its not hanging out
just pushed out a bit
and she doesnt seem to be in pain now, I put her in with my other females (no young) and they cleaned and she played and was drinking and eating etc.
I think she was cowering before because she escaped and was just lost.
Also i have nothing to feed her off too. all my balls are to young to eat an adult female.
I'm going to keep an eye on her and see if it goes down or if she seems any different.
What would be the best way to euthanize her if i decided to go that way?

Re: rats eye popped out?
Is it actually clouded over? How far is it pushed out?

If not really cloudy, popped out eyes can mean something like an inner ear infection or worse. Either way I believe she is going to be very much in pain.
You can humanly put her down with CO2, either through dry ice method, a little bit of chemistry (baking soda and vinegar I believe?) or actually constructing a CO2 chamber.
Look at the sticky section or in the DIY, there is a thread of humanly euthanizing rats or how to construct a CO2 chamber.
