And it's not unheard of for a cat to have only a single kitten, especially if they've never had a litter before. Looks like a good, healthy little one as well. Wish I could have it....
awesome.
This is her first..and only..litter.
I wish you could have it too!!!
It is gonna be much harder to get rid of just one.
Cait is already stressin me about keeping it.

Re: One...is the lonliest number...
Oh it is so adorable! I vote you keep it!
I have heard that young animals often have small litters, including only one. When I was a kid we had a young (think she wasn't a year yet) dog accidently get pregnant, and we consoled ourselves that it would be a small litter. She had 11 puppies! Yikes!
Since then I've believed that young animals just haven't settled in to their cycles yet, and their bodies are likely to do weird things, whether it be release only 1 egg or release 11. Who knows?
Whatever the reason, it is good that Peaches's unplanned litter turned out to be a small one. Whether you keep it or find a home, 1 is a pretty manageable number.

My puppy was a litter of 3.. and her previous litter was a litter of 1.
It happens, its just the way females are sometimes. :]
Very cute though. JUST KEEP THE CUTE THING.
