    Sweet Axanthic

I just wanted to take a minute to post up a picture of a very nice Axanthic female that we just recently hatched out. The whole clutch has shed already except for this little girl. Occassionally we have a snake that hatches, and just never sheds. Maybe that is what she is doing. Either way, I took a picture of her next to one of her brothers which is fairly representative of what our Axanthics look like (which I have been told by many that they are very nice). Monica really wants to keep her, but I think I already have enough Axanthics, so now the grand decision is wether or not we need another Axanthic. This is a hard decision.

p.s. For those that don't know, we work exclusively with VPI line Axanthics.

    Here is the pic:

Wow MB she is smokin hot!

So if they do not shed now, will they just not shed untill the others shed for the 2nd time?

Sometimes that is how they do it. She doesn't show any signs of shedding, so I will offer her food on Sunday with the rest of her siblings.

Very nice... just a lovely looking snake.

Glad you posted this, I had a hatchling that didn't shed and I have been scratching my head thinking the shed got "misplaced" and I was too dense to find it.

I also have a little het vpi A female and cannot wait till she produces some little beauties for me.
