    When will they start breeding?

Last weekend I got a colony of 2 male and 4 females, he threw in another male that a BP wouldnt eat... They were just weaners they arent even the size of an adult mouse yet, but how soon should I expect my first litter?

ASF's earliest eustrus is at 58 days. I'd expect it around 60-65 days to be safe.

Then 21 days later, you will get a litter.

If they are truly just weaned (21 days), I would expect their first litter in 60 days.
