    This Little Sausage...

just hatched tonight. I was super excited, because I originally thought it was a girl - but it's a boy.

I think I'm even more excited about this clutch than the pastel clutches - this is my 50% possible het clown clutch, produced from my 100% het clown male, Oliver (produced by Justin Kobylka) and my beloved avatar girl - Echo.

What's really cool - is that these guys were incubated in the same incubator as their daddy!

So - only one out of the egg so far, but I had to show him off, because I think he's darling!

What's interesting are his het pied markers (although he's possible het clown, not possible het pied - unless.....Justin - who's Oliver's momma? LOL)

Isn't that how all morphs were created?
By mistaken genes produced with others? Maybe you have a het. pied and you never knew it. :]

    I think I'm a little off.. ahha.
He's very pretty! I like his color.

What a great looking boy! I'm so excited for you! Its nice to see Oliver took care of business, fingers crossed that he sent his clown gene to most of the clutch...

I wonder if they are nostalgic?

Robin, I'm not pulling your leg, there actually IS a story behind that belly.... you'll have to call me about his one... its a long tale but the "proof" just had her POS. Is that cryptic enough?lol

    Grats Robin!

    Re: This Little Sausage...

And the rest of the sausages make their appearance - one is so pretty - but it's a boy!

Not great odds on this possible het clown clutch in sex - but wow what pretty babies! I'll definitely breed these two together again with hopes of better odds!

3.1 was the final tally - and the girl came out last and I figured that Deborah and I had both been hit with Ed's "all boy" curse he threatened last week.

    Boy 2

    Boy 3 - so pretty!

    Solo Girl

Group shot - girl in bottom right, boy 3 is the bright one:

Now I'm intrigued! I'll try to call you later today - I'm in NC and we're headed to the lake for the day where reception is spotty. Maybe on the drive up there or back!
