How many breeders do I needs

I found a place to get ASF's local to me. I want to set up a breeding group for my snakes. I have 6 Ball pythons: 2 08 hatchlings, 2 about 250-300 grams 1 about 800 grams and 1 about 1100 grams. The 2 that are in the 250-300 range are picky eaters. I don't want to be over run with babies because I'm not sure what kind of a market there would be around here. I was thinking that I would start with a 1.2 group. Does this about right?

Give it a whirl, see how it works out. The hatchlings will be the only stipulation, since they will eat the smaller hoppers/weaners and those do grow too big after a few weeks for the hatchlings.

The rest will more than likely eat the weaners-adults, and the big girl will finish off any large males.

Best bet is to CO2 and freeze the young rats for your hatchlings so you always have that size on hand until they are big enough to take the larger adult size.
