I just tossed a few rats in the chamber. More questions!
When can I take them out? I am so nervous about them waking up on me. They have been in there for almost 5 mins.

Just watch for breathing.

Ok, it all went well. I am waiting on the last few. The last group was used with know water in the dry ice. It has taken them forever to pass out, they were just walking around like they were drunk, not stressed or anything just wobbly, drowzy looking. Is this normal?

Yes very normal. Though when it goes this slow you really need to check for breathing as these are the times then can wake up since the CO2 level is so low.
