first i want to make sure around sixty percent humidity is good for a ball python. right? and second does your humidity spike when it rains outside because is just set up my first ball python enclosure (getting snake tomorrow), but its raining outside and the humidity was so high like 75-80 with out misting. is that ok?

The biggest concern with high humidity is little creepy crawlies growing in the tank (mold, bacteria, etc...) So as long as your husbandry is up to par you should be okay.
