Eh... The colors are really off but they do not matter

    Do those babys look small?

Edit* when i say six hours to build it, I include the time to cut everything, an hour break and a trip to wally world

    Re: Rat Rack video

Did you follow someone elses sticky on building that rack, it looks a lot like Deborahs. I am planning on making one in August when we move. I like that you have that separator in to keep the food compact. If it isnt quite the same as Deb's, do you have a DIY guide?

    Thanks

    Re: Rat Rack video

As great as Debs are i did not, I couldnt find any jumbo cat Litter pans and I wanted something a little bigger anyways.

I changed it up a little bit but that is where I got the main idea for it

    Re: Rat Rack video

Very similar, but I think I like your idea a bit better. The bigger tubs seem good. I assume they are probably even thicker than the litter pans if they are intended for mixing cement. I dont have the money to put in a watering system yet; is there room between the tubs for water bottles following the link you posted?
    Thanks

    Re: Rat Rack video

Yes, water bottles fit fine with the ten inch spacers you see in the DIY. you can see my huge 32oz water bottles in the video i think. I do however thin that the front bottom of the tubs hardly scrape the water bottles, I'll go check.... they do, but just hardly! I put the divider in side ways because I wanted to have to load the food into the front and not the side, and it works fine. Im sure once I have more rats i will not even need piece that keeps it compact, because im sure i'll need all the space!

Edit** I also like the black tubs, I think they look neater!

I cant even hear them! I think it is because ball is upside down and they cant shove them as hard as they can with their tongues. I know when they were right side up my females would wake me up drinking them
The water bottles are working well, its been three days since ive last had to change anything.

You know what... thanks for mentioning that! NOW I notice it! But, for some reason, it sounds extra loud in the video.
