which type of reptile business
Which type of reptile breeders would be the best in the market nowdays. Would it be the lizard breeders, snakes, turtles or tortises, and amphibans. in your opinion which type of breeder would be mostly likely to survive in the market nowdays.

I really think they could all do equally well. It will all depend on reputation and quality of the animals that you do work with. Chameleons may not be as popular as say bearded dragons as far as lizards go, but you are going to find individuals that like one or the other, or both. It's too hard to say that one is better than the other.
However, if you look at a breeder like Brian at BHB, he's a multispecies guy, when you work with a larger selection of animals you definitely expand your market instead of just filling a niche within the industry. You're going to appeal to those people that like cornsnakes, ball pythons, boas, large constrictors, etc..

when people like brian sell mutispieces does he see more excelled growth in one type of animals then others. if so wouldn't he have to use the profit of other animals to support the ones not doin so well.

I know my answer is short, but I think the breeder that has the most passion and love for his animals will succeed to the highest level that he wishes to attain. Ask Brian, as I am sure he can attest to that.

I second that. Don't just do it for the money, do it for interest and love for the hobby.
