Yeah, no one was getting pregnant from my original 1.3 so I got another 1.3...and then everyone got pregnant, hehe...

Yup, 2 boys and 6 girls. I'm now down to 2.4.XX (one girl was fed off and one girl died unfortunately). I was gonna feed off one of the boys, but they keep each other company and I have a backup in case the other "doesn't wanna". =D

XX - there's probably...30-40ish babies growing out? =)

Your boys won't fight when put together? I've not had any luck keeping them together and if I don't have them with a female (sealing the deal) they are all alone in their cage. I do worry about them getting lonely.

Cassandra, I might have a snack for Lawrence to send home with you when I see you.

My boys fight to establish a pecking order then they cuddle up together afterwards. I left one of my males alone for a while because I didn't have any males his size and I was worried about him picking on the smaller males so he got really depressed. Now I make sure he has at least one other rat with him, be that a male or female. He's much happier now.

So you can keep males together. They might have a little squabble but normally they settle down after that.
