Hey all,
I'm home in Kansas visiting family for a few days and managed to sneak away yesterday for a couple of hours to do some herping....I didn't find much...but I found a first My first Lampropeltis getulua holbrooki ever. It was a beautiful overcast day, so I think many of the herps were out and about, but this girl was in shed so I found her hiding under a nice tin. She was surprisingly docile too...never struck at me. She was however squirmish and I was only able to snap a couple decent pics of her.
And here she is with my ugly mug to give you an idea of her size.
Cheers!
