    Introduction

Hi! I have been checking out posts and am very encouraged to find such a nice, family-friendly group.

This is our first true ball python breeding season (we hatched our first morph ever a few days ago). My husband raises his own snake food, and I stole the gerbils before the snakes got them, so now I have 50 or so. I want to steal some of the soft furs, but I have to find the room.

In the incubator and/or ovulation: Het pieds, black pastels, pastels, and spiders.

Hatched: Two black pastels , normals, and het-for-pieds that didn't prove out (maybe next time, a small clutch).

In the house: One dog, one cat, one lionhead rabbit, lotsa gerbils, one gecko, a mister, a missus, three kids (16, 14, and 12), and maybe a snake that got away still. I doubt it, though. My sister won't visit until we verify its death or lack thereof.

Hobbies: Kids, critters, recipes (queen of the one-pot cooking method at your service), blogging, and writing.

In real life: Medical transcriptionist, nurse.

    I'm a friendly critter I'm glad I found y'all.
Balls aplenty, but never enough! 0.1 pied, 1.1 het pieds, 1.0 het albino, 0.1 poss het albino, 3.0 black pastels, 2.4 pastels, 1.1 spiders, and a lot of not-so normal mommas with offspring in the incubator.

Dinker baby BP: 1.0 Cactus Jack. Dude's got circles. Grow, baby. Grow.

Thank you! I've never seen a message board I'd encourage my kids to visit, but I gave them the go-ahead this morning.

Should be here frequently. I work at home and at night, and this is the latest "shiny thing" to add to my long list of distractions!

Welcome. This is a great place to learn from the experts, or just chat and share your thoughts. Most people here are very helpful, and some are down-right hilarious. As long as your kids don't talk politics all should be fine. LOL

I'm a sucker for snake food too. Why does snake food have to be so darn cute???

I dunno, but those ASFs have those awesome little ears! I was amazed to see that even the pinkies have some fur.

Thanks for the warm welcome. I can guarantee with certainty that my offspring will not bash any candidate or potential candidate unless they're directly quoting Mamasita.

    Have a good one, everybody!
