They should. I used to have a ferret, and the only complain that I had was the smell, they stinks real bad, and poop a lot !
I had to clean the cage every single day, it was kind of tired doing that all days, however, they make wonderful pets, but they aren't for everybody. And also, I had my sight fixed in a sugar glider, but somehow I changed my mind and ended up with a baby ferret. Very rewarding pet, but that smell of his.....
    NO PAIN, NO GAIN!!

It says they are illegal in MA, its never a good idea to keep them in non-legal states because it will be hard to find an exotics vet who will treat your animals, or even an exotics vet with glider experience if they are in a non-legal state.

In other glider news... Monkey, Moofys dad was neutered on Friday! Everything went well and he is home now

Get with the times! Moofy was neutered months ago! And if he wouldn't have been neutered he would have tried to breed with both the mom/sister.. and Monkey would have done the same, which is why he is now neutered.
Males are old enough to breed pretty soon, once their scent gland starts to come in is one indication, Moofys never did come in, I took him to get neutered as soon as he dropped.
