It should be fine to post that unless its illegal to have/sell anacondas in that state... I see them all the time at shows in PA.

    Thanks, Judy. Thanks, all.

I didn't know it was just sort of a regular occurance for the green anacondas to appear on CL. Though I have seen retics there. I feel for the "little" guy.

IMO all snakes over 15 foot should be illigal, unless you have a permit and a inclosure large enough and secure enough for them.

because stupid people think "HEY COOL A ANACONDA!" and dont think... "hey thats cool, but it will become 25+ feet long and a potential threat".

Just how much snakes are 25ft? yet alone 25ft anacondas?
Any snake over 6ft is a potential danger if they really wanted to they could prolly kill you. I played with a 4 1/2ft lace monitor the other day and if he wanted he could of bit a good pice of my neck off and could of killed me does it mean they will kill you no. A lot of people who buy snakes over 10ft know what they are getting into and other dont ( ive meet some irrisponcible keepers ) anyway back to topic ive seen some anacondas for sale on werid websites.

no no no, i totalllyyy agree with you...
and my point was that anacondas just get too large for the average snake keeper, and yet they are so readily available.

also, with ANY animal you are taking a chance.
i mean, a dog could kill you, a horse, a cow, many many people keep these animals though.
but they have the room for them, and have the knowladge of what they need to do to keep them , healthy, happy, and safe...

where, very large snakes are a littlle different.
    or a aligator, ext.
