    I would find a spot with alot of roads or trails. Riding slow down a road or taking a stroll down a trail is usually how I find most reptiles.

    That is just the trail guides. I would search around that site a bit. The national park service site for the everglades(and most other national parks) is pretty neat. They even have an a downloadable audio recording that you use as a driving tour guide to tell you what is going on as you ride through the park.
