    Question Spot that specifies gender

Is it possible to have something that shows the user is a male or female? PLEEEEASSSS I have started to reply to someones posts and i have no clue if its a he or a she .I would hate to offend one of our female members with a "hey dude" remark.Or better yet say "young lady" to a male member .If we could have this one little thing i will not ask for anything else until the next time i need something lol

    Re: Spot that specifies gender

I personally don't really care which gender I'm addressed as. If it's important, than it's easy to make it apparent in the sig, in the signing of the name, or even as the screenname.
I just don't see the big deal in knowing which is which on the site.

Not everyone has a sig with thier names and some user names are not easy to figure out .

    Re: Spot that specifies gender

I think it's a great idea provided it's only optional for a member to display gender.
