Rack types and building costs?
So I've convinced my wonderful husband Jason to build me a rack for my snakes, and I've been reading up on different types. My first thought was a wood-and-plexi display rack, with the clear front you can latch closed (and preferably lock, since my almost 2 year old son loves the snakes and loves getting into things). I figure with two main tank parts, big enough for Levi but that can be partitioned off to make it smaller for Temptation, since he's just a baby, maybe with some insert bits that a piece of plexi can slide into so it can grow with him.
And then I thought, hey, they're already in tubs, so maybe a custom tub rack (with locks of course)... I'm quite undecided on that now. So, I'm asking for help on what the general cost is, what type is preferable, is it cost-effective vs. just buying a rack system, etc. Anything would help at this point!
