Uh oh... Helix problem. Anyone know whats going on?

Its feeding day for some animals so I had been in and out of the room a few times. But I walked into the room today and noticed my Helix DBS1000 on one rack was flashing and going through its start up cycle. While the temp was being displayed, the numbers twinkled (like the way a fluorescent light would) at 88 (the temp is set to 89) So I pressed the button for 2 seconds and the helix continued to cycle through its start up.

I grabbed the temp gun and checked the tape, it read its normal reading, but I unplugged the controll for a minute or two then plugged it back in. It went through its cycle again.

I came back to the PC to the forum. After a few minutes I go back in and the Helix is still doing it.

I tried the control in a couple other sockets and the twinkling... err.. I guess "flicker" would be a better word to use, of the numbers continued. I found another control and using that for now. Hope it don't give me any problems
