not really actually, it was WINDY,COLD, and on the way there it was like an hour on the boat and i got splashed by water to the point where it looked like i went for a swim(but then again i was too lazy to move,plus the boat was rocking so it was hard to walk and stand still).

I tried to plan a SCUBA diving trip there a few years ago but when it came down to it my friends couldn't make it. Would have been a private boat, get dropped of with extra air tanks and camp overnight. I think we could've stayed overnight but I can't remember? Being protected I'm sure we would have seen much more than off the mainland.

I just saw a Huell Howser episode of Anacapa Island. Your photos were in his show. Some day I'll make it, some day.
