I just think they are too freakin' cute and would like to get a pair, but can't seem to find much info on them.

I have a candoia carinata carinata.

Pros: They stay small. You don't need a huge enclosure to keep them happy. Adults have slow metabolisms and may only eay every three weeks or so.

Cons: They can be very nippy. They are very difficult to get on rodents, let alone f/t rodents. Took me the better part of 18 months to get them off of feeder anoles.

Jerry Conway used to (maybe still does?) have an excellent website on candoia in general.

    Re: Anyone know anything...?

Candoia are great, one of my favorite snakes, don't know how i missed this thread. I have had/currently have a few and I love them, minus the sometimes needed to feed frogs or lizards and having a male that doesn't eat ever (longest not eating was about a year...ridiculous)

Read Jerry Conway's page if you're interested. Would never dream of buying anything from him, don't think he's a good guy, but he did write up some great info.
