    Soaking...not working

I have a Leucistic Texas Rat that is having a terrible time shedding. I have been soaking her everyday for close to an hour and although some shed has come off along the sides of her body, it's her ventral scales that seem to be having the greatest difficulty. I have tried pulling gently on the stuck skin and it seems **really** stuck. I have added a large water dish to her enclosure for her to soak in. Any other alternatives or suggestions?

take a warm wash cloth and while holding wraped around her, have her slither through it. I had a BP that was having a hard time shedding around her neck and I wraped her in a warm wash cloth and had her push her way through it a few times and it came rught off.

Yes, I tried that as well. The shed skin that is still stuck seems as if its stuck up under the ventral scales and as I pull it off the new scales are pulling up..not off... but are raising up as if the stuck skin is under the new scales.
