Ahhhh another great issue is complete and ready for you... our readers.

You know what's amazing about this issue? It's very personal for me. I have shared my personal journey in my column "Walk Your Talk" and for me, this is a different kind of sharing than any other I've done.

This issue's theme was chosen well over a year ago, as all the themes are... and yet they always seem to resonate so strongly within my life when I am working on them. This issue is no different at all... except that it resonated in a wonderfully different way. It held me in it's arms and supported my own pursuit of 'Health' in a way no other issue has.

So it's with great joy I share this issue with you all!

Nice job Aleesha, I thought someone's named sounded incredibly familiar? Am I correct in this belief? (notices tubs in background shot for extra justification).
