Puyallup Reptile Expo Oct 20-21 WA

I went today, had a halfway decent selection. Picked up yet another pastel, aaand an albino woodhouse toad, fantasy frog, female crested, whites tree frog and last but not least two mourning geckos as well as phoenix worms and various stuf:cens0r::cens0r::cens0r:e. Was fun, if you're in the area and can make it tomorrow 10-4 I recommend it.

Yeah, I know the feeling, my husband is in San Diego otherwise I probably would have been murdered.

*whimper* Puyallup... sigh. Man do I miss that area. My dad and stepmom just got a house not far from there, too. Someday I'll go home...

I got to see my first Lesser in the flesh today. What a beautiful python! The Mojave was stunning too, but now I see why people love the Lessers so much.

I picked up an Irian Jaya carpet that I'd been waiting for and a baby striped Coastal carpet. No more ball pythons for me at the moment.

Glad you had a good time!

Re: Puyallup Reptile Expo Oct 20-21 WA

    In my original post I was trying to say s t u f f a g e... evidently it means something different here on BP.net? O.o

I wanted to pick up one of those mojaves that Inland Reptiles had, but alas, $$$ and husband say NO!!!

It was definately a good show for the gecko crowd, TONS of geckos of every kind. Tarantulas were kind of scarce. I also don't remember that 'show your recept on the way out the door' thing last year, must have been some serious theft to cause it. What a pitty people can't leave things that aren't theirs alone.

I'm trying to decide if I REALLY want to go back tomorrow. An hours drive just to drool over things I cannot afford.

I'm going tomorrow... My very first show, I'm so excited! Can't wait. Wish I had the money for more herps, but I'm just going to get some better feeders... Were there any CWDs at the show? My hubby wants us to get another.

Entropy, I don't know if you noticed, but it edited out the f, a, and g from the word you typed... Wow, that is some really sensitive censoring software...

strict censorship is easier to program than forgiving censorship.. unfortunatly.
