which rack brand would you choose?
Ive been looking around at all different brands of racks and ive narrowed it down to animalplastics.com, rhinoraxx on theboaphile.com, and herpenclosures.com. Ive read a lot of comments people have discussed with others about these but am not quite sure which would be best. If anyone who is knowledgeable on any of these could get back to me that would be sweet.

Re: which rack brand would you choose?
I have a Herp Enclosure rack and three Boaphile racks. I like them both of them. You will be happy with either one. I have the Economy version of the Herp Enclosure and when I order I will order the Elite. The Boaphile is very nice. Both racks I have are used. Not sure how old the herp enclosure rack is but you can tell it has been used. One of my boaphiles is 5+ years old and it is still in excellent shape. But if I had to pick one I would get another Boaphile.

I have some Boaphile Rhinnoraxx and the some of the Original Boaphile racks that work great...Usually takes a while to get them shipped from Boaphile though...

Did you build the pedestal/stand?
The only problem I have with the platics racks is they don't have wheels.

Re: which rack brand would you choose?
Animal Plastics--they're very sturdy, the routered-in heat cable is sturdy and reliable (better than Flexwatt in that regard), they're less expensive, and they hold heat very well.
You can get rolling castors for them, as an option.
The sole drawback is that they often have an order backlog, and it can take 4 to 6 weeks for them to fill an order in some cases. Well...they have a backlog because they're popular, and there is a reason for that.

We only have one rack right now. It's from Rich at Reptile Basics and I just love it!

I currently have a rack system from ARS caging on the way. It was a hard decision on who to go through.
My second choice was Animal Plastics, but I know for sure I will be ordering many terrestrial cages from them in the future.
