You mentioned having a curtain rod around it. You could use a tension rod and just cover the front of it. Then you can take it off in the warmer months and there won't be any holes or brackets in your nice work.

what size shelves did you use, and where did you get them? I'm guessing I need 18" wide shelves, but 15.75 is the widest I can find, then it jumps to 23.75. This is at Home Depot...

Looks like you did an awesome job. Wish our first attempt at building our own racks came out as nice as that one.

and yes, thanks for sharing, someday I might just use your idea!
Friendship is like peeing on yourself: everyone can see it, but only you get the warm feeling that it brings.

Why is it called 'after dark' when it really is 'after light'?

Looks great. Where do you put the probes for the tstats though? In each tub or just along the fw? How does it work out for the thermal gradient?

Re: New Homemade Rack w/ Set Up Pics... (DUW Big Time)

I was roaming through Lowe's and noticed the white laminated shelving boards I'm sure was used for this setup. They measured 36"x16".

There was also a 48X16 which could be used for the sides. Using Sterilite 41qt tubs I think would work perfectly since they measure 34x16, leaving about 1" on each side of the tub.

Reading previous posts, are the 41qt tubs sticking out enough to allow escape?
