    Emi's Photo Shoot

Well Emi is having a blast in her new home so I had to snap some more pics! She is generally very active every evening and now she's finally got the space to really move about and explore.

Having a peek out of her substrate while her little fat butt stays safe inside her hide.....

    Hmmm what's over here?....

    And over there?......

    And one huge stretch up....

Belly shot just for Cue ....

Yep! I hate having a nice tank sitting unused and for now anyways, it seems to be doing nicely for Emi. At some point it may get revamped into something else as I'd prefer Emi in a 20 long with some climbing supports. Emi seems to like to both climb and burrow.

    Re: Emi's Photo Shoot

LOL well she is almost two years old now! She was hatched on July 31, 2005. Nelson's are one of the bigger of the milks so she can be expected to get about 4 feet in length at full maturity (which seems to be about 3.5 to 4 years of age). I can never seem to find adult weights on Nelson's though so hopefully she's appropriately sized for her current age. She currently eats 2 f/t mouse hoppers per week (sometimes 1, it's left basically up to her if she wants the 2nd one).

That is a very nice looking Nelson's! I can see why you wanted to get your daughter set up for breeding them.
