    Had the camera out with me one fine Ulsters day and got some nice pics. Who needs sunny Spain when you have this on your doorstep. All these pics where taken within four miles of my house

    Absolutely beautiful! I guess I didn't realize just how far north you were that you'd still have light for so long. Do you also experience periods of 24 hours of light and 24 hours of dark? Are you the same latitude as Iceland? My parents visited there last summer and they told them about the times of year that it was like that.

    I would love to see more pictures as you take them! Gorgeous!

    Cheers folks. Robin, on the daylight times, at the height of summer it doesn't usually get dark to around 23.00 and gets light again about 04.00. Winter is a nightmare, gets light about 08.00 and dark by 16.30 but it all contributes towards taking great photos because of the difference in light we get all year round. I'll keep posting pics as i take them over the summer.
