And my Favorite find... not sure what they were... but the males had great blue throats...

Thats not a skink. I think it is a lacertid or whiptale. Great pics i love that snake, i am still tryin to figure out what it is, where were you camping?

We were on Lake Travis in Austin Tx.... please post if you figure out the snake id!

Great shots!.... Praire Racerunner, Whipsnake are my guesses for the first two...ha ha....

...but the last one is some species of sceloporus (i.e. fence/spiney lizards)....those are my favorite to observe in the wild

Looks like a fun trip.
