 Fat little buggers you got there, nice! What are you feeding them? Mainly roaches/crickets?

If I see some ackies in Daytona I may have to finally take the monitor plunge.

Thanks guys. I am waiting for the two ackies to finish shedding...they will be smokin then (notice the patch around the right shoulder that has alread shed.

Mainly crickets......but the ackies love 'worms'......super worms, giant mealworms, wax worms......did not like golith worms though.....Last time I picked up a large thing of large mealworms (I think around 1500-200 count) they went through them in a day.

Just curious, How big is the cage, do you offer mice as treats, and could you get some shots of their burrows for me? I am considering getting an ackie or 2 sooner or later as a sort of "display". Also, is the cage front opening or opening from the top?

Too many boas to list and a few balls as well

    This is the ackies' enclosure:

It is a large rubbermaid water trough used for agricultural purposes. About a 4' x 3' base and about 3' high. Not really that much of a display type enclosure.

I am building a new cage for my storri that is much more of a 'display' type...and could hold a pair of ackies just fine. It has a 4' L x 2' W x 2'H and opens from the front. I will snap some pictures of it in the next week or so, when it is finished up.
