    Varanus storri kick it!!!

    They are growing up very well and cricket eatting machines. Just thought I would share some pictures that I snapped today

    awesome monitors, too bad according to some people in another forum you shouldn't be insterested in V. storri and should stick to something closer to home haha. But yeah they look great.

    What are you curious about? 4' x 2' x 18" high enclosure with 8" of soil(vermiculite, topsoil, sand, and peat moss mix). Two Retes stacks under two different basking areas. A small rock stack in the middle of the enclosure that is fastened to the bottom of the enclosure so that my monitors do not crush themselves accidentally.

    How about you wait a week or so? Then I can get you some fresh pics of the new and improved enclosure that I am building

    Nothing weird about being interested. I wrote up a little description for you above.....here is a pic of the enclosure that I modified. It had a 1"x8" running down the center to keep high soil in the rear but was too hard to clean...so the 1"x8" was moved to the very front, so there is an even 8" of soil now.
