    Pink rat skin condition

Has anyone seen a pink rat get a skin condition that looks like scabbing (almost looks like blistering from a burn)? I assumed maybe the mother was too rough and she broke the skin and its healing over. It is eating fine and doesn't seem to be in pain (from what I can tell).

Yes..Pink rat was my way of saying that it isn't a fuzzy or wean or small...Baby rat wouldn't really have cut it.

Sometimes I get that and it's where mom accidently broke the skin. It usually heals up nicely and is hardly noticeable by the time they are weaned.

Cool...I figured as much. I'll keep an eye on it...

Incidentally, I am disappointed that I am not longer your signature. I thought that was some of my finest work!

In all truthfullness, that makes my day complete! Since I lack the ability to be serious, if someone gets a laugh out of my stupidity it makes me happy.
