Just go to http://load.imageshack.us/ upload the pics, then click on the link that says Hotlink for forums (1) and copy and paste the code from that and there ya go!

In these forums you use what's called "BBcode". First, you upload your pictures, they need to be 800x600 or smaller. Upload to something like Photobucket, or this forum has a gallery you can upload to.

When you're posting, you'll put the file name inside these tags: [img] [/img]

So, it would look something like this:

[img ]http://www.mysite.com/myimage.jpg[/ img] (no space in that last [/img]

It's as simple as that. There are a lot of BBcodes..Here's a full list of what you can do, as well as a detailed explanation of each.
