    Re: Bulb

    Hi

I'm in the UK too You need a basking spot of about 130-140 and the best thing to use is halogen floods. For an 8x4 viv use 3 halogen flood 60s to keep basking temperature. I got mine online here: http://www.thelightbulb.co.uk/product/detail.php?id=123

A box of 12 works out at only 1.99 each as apposed to £5 or £6.

Make sure you use ceramic holders with them as they get extremely hot! A friend of mine with ackies and albigs recommended the link to me and uses them to achieve basking temps from 120 to over 180 (just raise or lower your bask spot to achieve the correct temps for your sav.)
