    Lady Venus (2 pics)

    Her man shed last week.....she shed this week. I love my two jag siblings right after they shed and their colors are poppin'.

    Their temperments are great. I have never even been struck by either of them...other than a SFE in which I got nailed on the hand. They are more like 'investigating' than 'getting cranky with me'......head out of their hides anytime there is any movement in or near their enclosure.

    Now......my new het. hypo male rainbow boa.....he is another case all together...strikes at me anytime I put my hand in or near his enclosure....luckily his head is about the size of my pinky fingernail

    Thanks. Nope she is a 'morph' of the coastal carpet known as a 'Jaguar sibling'......

    The female was produced from a Hypo Jaguar Coastal x Normal coastal. "Normal" coastals produced from Hypo Jaguar breedings look 'different'....and are consider to be their own 'morph' of the coastal species by some.
