My afrock girl has been sent home...

My big AfRock girl has been sent back to the breeder I had gotten her from today. I decided this because she's just way too defensive to use for breeding, and she's messing her face up bad. She seem's to have the need to smash her face into the cage trying to get me everytime I walk into the room. About this though...the breeder who I got her from breed's AfRocks. Well this breeder had gotten my pair of burm's from when I enlisted in the ARMY. Well I'd like to get my burms back. It doesn't seem like he's budging much on making any kind of deal with me to get them back. Could any of you offer me any advice toward's maybe talking him into getting my Burms back, or did I lose them permanently?

Re: My afrock girl has been sent home...

Really no more information I can give. I enlisted in the army a while ago, and before I got shipped out I had to find a good home for my burms. I talked to this guy a few times before and he seemed legit, so I sold him my burms. After getting out of the ARMY, I located him back in June, and purchased a large long term captive female African Rock Python off of him. After we agree'd that she really is not suited for breeding because of her overly agressive nature towards other snakes, I sold her back to him. That is the story. I was trying to talk him into selling my old burms back to me but it just doesn't seem like he wants to

That stinks! You can always get another pair if you really want burms back in your life.

That's alright I think I am going to start concentrating on more appropriately sized snake's as pet's. IE: Ball Python's, STP's and Blood Python's.

Sorry Andrew but you sold him these snakes right? So it's up to him whether he wishes to sell them back to you, to anyone else or keep them as they are now his.
