    Colors question

Are most of the colors/patterns genetic, and if so are they generally recessive traits, or a mix of some recessive traits and some dom traits?

    Re: Colors question

i believe most if not all the colors and patterns are genetic . as with all animals some are recesive and some are domenent . dumbo (the big ears more to the side of the head than the top) is a recesive trait . i'm not sure but i think rex is a domenent trait . those are just a couple examples .
