    Expos in Canada

Are they any expos even in Canada, more specifically Toronto? Becuase every show I hear of is in the U.S, so I'm just wondering if herp shows are even allowed in Canada?

There is a good one this weekend in Kemptville, Ontario (close to Ottawa), lots of balls there, you just missed the best one, on Sept 10 ( Ptretty much the "Daytona of Canada") in Port Credit(Mississauga), there is another one on November 19 in Port Credit, which should also be a good one, Corey Woods and Mark Mandic (Markus Jayne) are always there, along with a whole bunch of ther respectable ball breeders....great shows, just like the ones you read about in the U.S.
Here is a link to the Ontario Expo's main site http://www.reptileexpo.ca/

Chris, If I was to drive up there could I bring a box of pets with me and not get into trouble?

Ed, as long as that box was coming directly to my house, I dont foresee any problems .....seriously though, if you were genuinely asking about the legalities of doing such, let me know and I'll lay it out for you......on a side note though, Bee's are not CITES 2 listed, so you could always just bring up a box of "Bees" , I just happen to have a hive they would love LOL

There really are'nt any shows to speak of in BC, there were a couple, one in Abbottsford, and one in Mission (Hosted by Henry Piorun and his wife), but they seem to have fallen apart and are no longer held....all the good shows on the west coast are in Alberta, with the biggest being in Red Deer...there is also one in Winnipeg, Manitoba

ohhh, I went to the Ontario Reptile Expo in Kemptville yesterday. It was pretty good, but it being my first time at an expo, I have no frame of reference. Sadly, I didn't leave with anything
