    Another question on Tubs

Well we may get a few baby corns sometime soon for our neices and we plan on having them in tubs untill the twins birthday comes up in November. But I was wondering how do you maintain a cooler side and hot side in a tub? It feels all the same to me. And ofcourse humidity is very easy to use, we dont even have to spray the inside yet just the water from the water bowl creates all the humidity.

I moved this to the Corns forum for ya. This way someone interested in corns and experienced with them will be more likely to find and answer your question.

It's the same way you would set up a tank. It may not feel different, but if you have a heat mat covering about a third of the bottom of the tub, it's basically the same. If you have one of those digital thermometer/hygrometer units with the all-in-one feature (inside and outside temperature, plus humidity), it'll be in the range it's supposed to be, provided you've set it up correctly. I have my BP in a tub. It's the same as it was in the tank, except the cool side is warmer (in the 82-84 area) and the humidity is in the correct area. Set it up how you would a tank, and see what happens. Don't forget to drill holes in the tub.
