Re: Too Fat?
looks fine to me , as long as you just feed them an appropriate sized prey 7 to 10 days it should be fine, a common mistake with these is over feeding.
I feed my adult blood every 10 to 14 days a large jumbo rat and he does fine but I am sure he would eat 2 of them given the chance every week lol
so in short no your Borneo is not too fat. What feeding schedule do you have and what size is she taking ?
Nice snake btw

I feed her just about every 7 days. Usually I feed her a large rat, sometimes a jumbo, and less often a medium. Every once in a while skip a week. I skipped last week and yesterday fed her two mediums.
Also, do you happen to know the adult size for females? If not, I will go look it up. For now I just thought I would ask.
Thanks for the help

I got her for a great deal. She was 3+ feet and I paid $150. I think captive bred hatchlings are a couple hundred, but I have not really been shopping for one, so I am not sure. Maybe you could check kingsnake.com's classifieds to do some price shopping on them.

Re: Too Fat?
sounds fine what your doing, as adults you can afford to stretch it out to 10 days or so IMO.
Regarding teh size it varies but typically females will average around the 4ft or just over region, but they have been known to attain 6ft.

That's for a Malaysian or Sumatran Blood. I think the Borneo STP's are a bit higher in price.
