    Charlie

Charlie just joined our family 3 weeks ago. He was cowering in the grass on the side of the road one night, and when I stopped and opened the door, he came bounding across the road and jumped on my lap. I put an ad in the paper and no one has claimed him yet, so he's ours. I named him Charlie because I think he looks like Charlie Chaplin. My husband wanted to name him "Mein Fuhrer". He's a really goofy cat and a total ham; he sleeps in the sink and on the kitchen cabinets. He loses all 15 of his toy mice underneath the pantry door every night, and loves to wrestle with Shadow. He's really sweet and cuddly and goes limp when you pick him up. He's already neutered and declawed, so he's a perfect fit.

What an awesome looking cat! And pretty amazing too, that he would so readily "claim" a stranger like he did you. I'm guessing he knew a good thing when he saw it! (Smart guy!)

And I agree..."Charlie" is a perfect name. What a funny face!

The pic of him with his paw under the door is hilarious. The look on his face like "hey you there! stop with the picture taking and get my dang mice outta here!" LOL Lovely cat and glad he's found an equally lovely home.

    i think the cats adorable.

My Mikey waits for me to take a shower cause i take my hair tie out and toss it by the sink. he creeps into the bathroom and makes sure im in a lather and rinse cycle and then..quick like he takes it and I hear his thump as she lands on the ground and makes a run for it. I usually dont find those chewed up hair pieces till I vaccum.

That's EXACTLY what Charlie does. If I leave my hairtie on the counter, he takes off with it while I'm in the shower. He plays with them for a bit then puts them in his food bowl. lol! He's so obsessed with them, he'll take broken ones out of the trash can to play with.
