    New yellow foot needs name

We went out today and looked at one of the petshops in town. Found this guy crammed in a cage about 3 sizes too small. We just love him, he's super active. We will be looking for a name if anyone has some suggestions.

Smile Re: New yellow foot needs name

I think he looks like a "Joey" for some odd reason. The second pic with the menacing lil eyeball. Lol good luck with him and enjoy. I can not wait to move down south so I could have an outside enclosure and get some tortoises.

    Congratulations!!!

Re: New yellow foot needs name

Thanks everyone for the suggestions. We were going with Melvin, but the neighbor woman has called him King Tut so much I believe it has stuck. She has even left newspaper articles on our windshield about tortoises addressed to King Tut. I guess it beats having a complaining neighbor. She even let him flatten her flower bed. I think she likes him!! He eats like a pig and is afraid of nothing! We will have to get Hunter a Brutus later.
    Sorry Hunter

King Tut's perfect! Love it! You can sing him that old crazy King Tut song in the evenings (you're neighbour will love that too) LOL

I don't think I've heard that song. I've never seen anyone in there sixties so crazy about a tortoise!!! Down on her hands and knees just talking to him like he was a tiny baby. Thanks again for name suggestions.
