    Wink Hello out there in bp land!!!!!!!!!

    hi this is jenneypooh, newbie to baby bps, its cool to finally get on board and talk to fellow bp lovers, i just had a quick ques.....does it mean anything if my bp is downing his mice a lot quicker than b4? (it used to take him about 10 mins. now its like 5 mins.)

    You just have to kinda eyeball that. You want something that is no bigger than the widest part of your snake, slightly smaller is preferable. If you are unsure about the size, err on the side of caution and go smaller.

    If you are feeding smaller prey items you want the amount to be the same as one appropriate size meal. Some snakes will gorge themselves, only to fast later. I have one 1000g girl and she'll only take mice. She up to two large mice, but I don't see her ever getting more. I prefer the smaller meals, as do many others of our members, because they feed more consistantly.
