    Malachi

Just a few pics I shot today of Mal. He's over 700 grams now and seems right on track for his first breeding season this fall. He's be 1 year old the end of June 2006.

    Mikey & Mal

As he gets older he's developing some really nice light yellow on his sides.

Malachi was bred by Adam of 8BallPythons and is a 100% het for albino.

    Re: Malachi

Thanks! His nickname as a baby snake was Mr. Hissy Pants as he loved to tell you off for taking him out of his enclosure or disturbing his royalness in any way LOL. He's still a spitfire. Come feeding day anyone silly enough to open his tub and NOT drop in dinner promptly will get a "love tap" to remind them to get down to business LOL. He's a fantastic young male, took to handling quite nicely and hasn't missed a meal as far as I can tell from the moment he took his first rat pink from Adam (other than the occasional skip during shed cycles).

Thanks Christie! After not being all that interested in the snakes all of a sudden Mikey has started to think they are pretty cool. He loves to touch them and then gets this amazed look on his face and announced...."the snake likes ME!" Too cute! (He still wants a puppy though - that's on the list of things to do hopefully by next month)

    Re: Malachi

Aww thanks everyone, we kinda think Mikey is pretty dang cute (but then so is Malachi LOL).

Aleesha, Mikey wants his own puppy so bad he's now got an imaginery dog named Gunner (he's way into military stuff). Gunner is a pretty good imaginery dog all in all, haven't had to clean up any imaginery poops or pees, doesn't eat much imaginery dog chow (which btw is REAL cheap! LOL), though the imaginery barking is a bit much (only Mikey hears it and it's a hoot when he corrects Gunner for being too noisy LMAO). Sorry I have no pics of Gunner as of yet (really hard to get a decent shot of an invisible dog!) and I'm not sure of his breed. I believe he's a "child's wish" cross breed of some sort

I think the poor kid better get a real puppy soon before the neighbours start talking about "that crazy family down the street" (again )
