    cricket gutloading

what do you guys feed/gutload your crickets with? i used to use the nature zone cricket total bites but i dont really like it. do you have any comments on it?

now i feed my crickets just vegetables, fruits, and grains because i already dust them with miner-all.

i use this for food: http://www.armstrongcricket.com/chow.htm

    this: http://www.armstrongcricket.com/waterb.htm
    OR
this for water: http://blaberus.com/FORMgallery5.htm#WaterCrystal (the water crystals)

and fruits and veggies as available--just make sure to take them out when they start to mold or you get stank and fruit flies.
