    Love the new hides!

Thanks to Adam I finally found some cheap, perfect hides! Cant beat .93 each and 10 seconds with a hole saw.

    Charlotte likes it!

Of course I couldn't leave her alone!

A hole saw is a drill bit in the center surrounded by a round piece with teeth on it. It attaches to any drill and starts the hole with the center drill bit and then the round piece (for these I used a 2") makes the nice clean hole. These are just standard plastic flower pot bottoms from Walmart. I bought a couple of different sizes. .93 for the smallest and $1.40 for the bigger. The snakes seem to love them!

By the way, if you get a hole saw (its in the tool section at any home depot type store), make sure you get the complete one with the drill bit in the center unless you already have a drill bit to attach it to. I bought the Black and Decker for $4.00

A hole saw can be a power drill with that circle-teeth-attachment thingy. I use the same ones for juvi's, except I just swindle mine from Vaughn.

If Vaughn lived close to me, I would have done the same thing!

Sounds like a handy piece of equipment! I'll have to go have a snoop at Home Depot for one (we need a new drill anyways).

Geez!! I looked in our Wally Mart for almost an hour, and they didn't have any of the bottoms that weren't either 1. permanently attached to the pot, or 2. those flimsy clear plastic things for about .25. Grrrrrrrr!

    But great looking hide Jamie!
