Wow, really nice pitures there! I have one question.. is it me or does his eye look retained? If it is, it looks like something that would come off pretty easily..

I've only had him for about 3 weeks and before those pics were taken his eyes looked fine. Those pics were taken about a week and a half ago...he just shed 2 nights ago w/exception of his head. I had him out last night and kind of soaked his head with a wet wash cloth but the shed wasn't coming off. I thought it would be best to put him back and see if he can take care of it on his own...I checked him tank this morning and it looks like he left me a couple presents...(Poo-Poo and some more shed) so...hopefully he managed to get the rest off...I'll have to check him as soon as I get home from work...

I didn't meant to make you feel like you were backed in a corner, sorry!

I've seen that kind of eyecap, where there is old shed around the whole eye. With those, I never had any luck with the washcloth or anything, I had to resort to just taking that extra shed with some tweezers and plucking it off. Although, I wouldn't recommend that with a snappy snake

he's a beautiful snake, good luck with him!

No problem at all...I'm new to all this and I'm trying to learn as much as I can. Although I did have to help a bit, he did finish shedding, eye caps and all, and he looks even better now!
