Request: Pictures of handling full grown BP's

I'd like to get an idea of exactly how big a full size BP will get. Can somebody please post some pictures of a full size BP being handled?

What weight do you mean by fully grown?

I could post a pic of my 8 y/o 3000 gram girl that would get dwarfed by some of the girls up at this shop in MD I know of.

Perhaps I should have said average? =) I'm just trying to get an idea of how large an adult BP is when held. Since I'm not a BP owner yet just reading about how many grams they can get up to is a little hard to grasp.

There's a fairly significant size difference between mature male and female bp's. Females tend to be quite a bit larger. I would post a pic, but mine is still a baby.

Brad, you should go ahead and post a pic of you holding the 3000 gram girl. If nothing else, it's always a pleasure to see the big girls!

Well here's photo's of our two biggest females. These are a number of months old so please ignore the gloves on Mike's hands. Back then Brannagh was a bit of a terror so gloving up was just a smart thing to do. These days Orlah is around 1,800 grams, Brannagh is around 2,300 grams give or take and hopefully both will breed this coming season under a contract with another forum member. They are nice sized females for their estimated ages but certainly not at their full potential quite yet.

My Monty looks small compared to Orlah's pic, but he weighed in at 1774 grams last month. The first pic is of my nephew Daniel holding a snake for the first time, he now loves them, the second pic is of my youngest son Brandon when he was home on leave and the third pic is of my Great Nephew Keegan holding Monty. Though my pic's dont have them stretched out to see their size, I hope this helps some.

I still crack up at that pic of Brannagh. Between Mike's expression and the way her head in on his glove it sort of looks like she's chowing down on his hand. Of course back then she just might have if the mood came upon her LOL.

I have a comparison for you between a regular sized male (about 1200g) and a Big girl (over 2500g- i can't get the exact weight b/c my scale doesn't go up that high!)

    Boy-boy

    and Levy

Either way, they aren't too much to handle.
