    Went out herping today :)

    ...and I still have not seen a snake this year...ha ha....but I guess I keep looking around the same area too. I know where I can find some when I feel like taking a drive

    I did catch a good photo of a male fence lizard doing a pushup and puffing his neck to impress the ladies:


    And I was taking a pic of this juvi. fence lizard and then realized that there was an anole right next to it. It is great to see animals sharing habitat

    It looks like you truely enjoy your walks!

    I totally missed the anole the first time I looked at the pic. It's so cool to see how well animals blend into their surroundings.
