Since everyone is posting pics of their adorable furballs, here is mine. Here's Inky; I am sure I posted pics of him before. We got him in november 2002 (or 2003?) as a 7 yr old from the SPCA. He was all dejected looking in his cage there, laying in his litter box with his back to everyone while the other cats were trying to be cute and nuzzling the doors of the cages, etc. So I said "He's the one, we have to have him.. he is about as social as I am." And me and Mark took him home and he has ruler the house since. (Inky, not mark, lol.) He is an excellent mouser.
He is VERY different from most cats; he will NOT eat anything other than cat food or tuna from a can. You can offer him a piece of filet mignon if you wanted, or chicken, and he will not eat it. He will never jump up on tables either; I think someone must have beat him or something in the past; if you even put him up on the table, he jumps down right away. He was found as a stray before we got him; had an ID tattoo; the SPCA called the people who had owned him and they said they didn't want him. :/
Inky is very social now, a real "people" person (or cat.)

That is possibly the blackest black cat I have ever seen! Inky indeed! What a cutie!

Yeah, Inky is quite the character. In the morning, when I have to get up and work, he will take over my spot in bed and put his darn head on my pillow! I just glare at him; I swear cats have the perfect life.
